not sure why you would want to gain weight if you play basket ball?

the bottom line is you should calculate your TDEE. Simplest way is LBM x 15, then add 500 cals to that. Make sure to do it cleanly. Check out our nutrition section if you have any doubts. Once you know your TDEE, and add 500+ cals/day to that, then you can develop a nutrition plan that will help you get there.

    Good luck!

Thanks for changing forums. This section (supplement) isn't patrolled much except for the iPhone users, that's why I said nutrition forum. But you answered your own question. All the workouts your not eating enough. Ur eating less then your caloric needs are. Ur on the right path with what your taking (creatine, post workout etc). But it's all worthless if ur not getting enough calories. Do u have any idea how many calories u consume a day is compared to ur tdee?

Welcome! You should check out the nutrition section first. I wouldn't bother with any compounds at your age just yet.

Agreed! Gaining size = taking in more cals then u burn. Achieve this by eating smaller meals but eating more often like every 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The nutrition forums will tell u all about this.

TDEE is total daily energy expenditure. Its how many calories you're lifestyle Burns on a daily basis. There are formulas for finding it in the nutrition section and no, fast food will not help you and will end up being expensive. There are healthy protein, carb and fat choices in the nutrition section as well

Every 1 and a half to 2 hours is excessive.

^ as long as you can get your daily calorie needs into your system in a way it doesn't get stored as fat (spreading out the meals threw out the day) you're good to go.

I understand but telling someone they need to every 2 hours isn't true. Every 3 hours is just fine and much more manageable for most.
