I am currently trying to lose weight and tone up advice please!?
Hi I am currently trying to lose weight and tone up as i am 5ft:11 and weigh 15 stone, I have been going to the gym and eating health now i was thinking i know supplements are crap all the stuff that promises weight loss and doesn't work are all so crap but i was think maybe i should take whey protein shakes to help with the amino acids side and the vitamins, or am i just contradicting my self with this??
O and PS only started all this a week ago so OVZ I haven't seen any changes yet so not to sure if this is working but i think i have lost 4:lbs in around 5 days so not looking to bad
Also is it vital to keep a count on calories because i feel im not eating bad now i eat alot of fruit, fish, red meat, chicken and say if im have fish for EX for tea ill have like 3 small boiled potato's and say peas and sweetcorn just for my 5 a day i drink alot but not to much water as i am aware i dont want water weight ERM i think thats all, so basicly should i take whey protein and any other advice is Very much appreciated!!
