    I am currently trying to lose weight and tone up supliments advice please!?

    Hi I am currently trying to lose weight and tone up as i am 5ft:11 and weigh 15 stone, I have been going to the gym and eating health now i was thinking i know supplements are crap all the stuff that promises weight loss and doesn't work are all so crap but i was think maybe i should take whey protein shakes to help with the amino acids side and the vitamins, or am i just contradicting my self with this??

    O and PS only started all this a week ago so OVZ I haven't seen any changes yet so not to sure if this is working but i think i have lost 4:lbs in around 5 days so not looking to bad

    Also is it vital to keep a count on calories because i feel im not eating bad now i eat alot of fruit, fish, red meat, chicken and say if im have fish for EX for tea ill have like 3 small boiled potato's and say peas and sweetcorn just for my 5 a day i drink alot but not to much water as i am aware i dont want water weight ERM i think thats all, so basicly should i take whey protein and any other advice is Very much appreciated!!

    Hey brotha. You gotta post up your whole diet for us to get a feel on how your doing. Diet is going to be key. Supplements won't do anything without good diet. You do need to keep a count of your macros (fats, protein and carbohydrates) as well as calories so you can modify them as you make progress.

    About the water, you definitely need to drink lots of water. Your not going to accrue tons of water weight by drinking it.

    I don't think your using the app right dude. If your diet really looks like this its pretty messed up.

    You should be eating more of a 40 40 20 style diet IMO, this means 40 prevent protein 40 percent carbs and 20 percent fat

    Check out the sticky on this forum on how to cut. Also read up on the healthy foods sticky. Both are in the nutrition section.

    say its one meal bro.... the cal is low, thats fine but the protein is trash. you can get that much protine in one single cheeseburger from mcdonalds, sad that your daily diet is that trashy. list your whole diet please, every meal, amounts in ounces of what product ex. 6oz chicken, 6 oz veggies 2nd meal. 3rd? 4th? 5th? 6th?

    Breakfast/b4 workout
    *1 sin of canned tuna,
    *promax maximuscle protein suppliment

    Lunch
    *chicken fillet skinless and white boiled rice

    Dinner
    agen chicken fillet skinless and white boiled ri

    Snacks
    *promax maximuscle protein supplement (after my work out)
    *subway salad bow consisting of lettuce,gerkin,ham,sweetcorn
    *tesco fruit salad bowl
    *bowl of coco pops (low fat milk 1%)

    eat more meals. try to eat every 2-3 hours. drop the milk! drop the coco pops. that is hurting more then helping. drop the subway salad. salads with iceburg are empty fillers. stick with romaine or spinach. Heres my diet. You dont need to eat as much but as often for sure and like foods.

    Meal 1: #1
    2 eggs, 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal
    you can add red/green peppers to the eggs

    (2 flax seed oil pills) 6 oz chicken
    w/ 6oz side vegitable
