    advantages of b12

soooo, did a search and nothing came up about a b12 thread. Advantages? I see ar-r sells vials of it, wondering if its worth a go? Low energy, looking for a little boost. would love to speed up my metabolism but that will come with time or another source. anyone ever run b12? if so, how many ml and how often?

I inject B12 daily while on cycle. Energy is there, probably placebo for me since I'm doing a million things at once. But also helps with appetite and good overall well being.

Improving my appetite would be to decrease it. I'm thinking decreasing is NOT what you are referring to when it comes to B12?

I am looking to increase my food intake. lower on the cal but higher on the protine. I have a 6 meal diet but can only eat 3 and 1 of those meals are forced. Also interested on the ml daily intake on injectable and is it thin enough to run though a 29g insuline dart?

When I was bulking I would use b12 along side my bulking cycles, it increased my appetitie which is something you need when doing 24/7 force feeding and also give me feel good and had plently of motivation. Use it at 1000mcgs daily

can you go with a lower dose to maybe reduce the appetite increase but still gain from the increase well being and other benefits or are they all relative to the dose?
