    Prego

I'm currently pregnant and was wondering if bcaa would be harmful to the baby?

Is it strictly bcaa's (lucine, isolucine, and valine)? Or is it like an amino acid supplement like xtend or something?

I think that being raised by someone who calls themselves "projects bitch" is going to be harmful to the baby.

    Agreed 120%,

I would avoid use of BCAA's while pregnant.

I would give the baby BCAA and I'm barely joking. I wouldn't think twice what is if going to do? Nothing.

This question is best reserved for your doctor. I don't think anyone on this board is qualified to answer that question.

If you are eating healthy and your diet is balanced even overbalanced during hormonal changes(pregnancy) there is no need of extra aminos!

Agreed! I only use BCAA's during my workout or if I don't get enough calories in. If you're preggers you should be eating enough that you don't need the extra supplementation.
