    Best supplement stack for bulking

Hey guys I'm new here but I've been following as a guest for a while, I'm natural at the moment 20 years old 13-14% body fat 143lbs and 169cm tall.
I read the post about planning your first cycle, and according to the post I'm not ready for a cycle, age and diet wise.
I'm here to ask about the best supplement stack for bulking. I don't care how much weight I put I just want to bulk. Like no abs bulk.
I'm currently on mass gainer but its not doing much, I eat a lot by the way but not that healthy.
I have the fastest metabolism I don't know where my food goes.

This is my diet at the moment, started 3 days ago

Meal 1: 1 scoop of mass, 2 eggs, 2 bananas, table spoon of honey
Meal 2 : chicken breast , veggies, rice or pasta
Meal 3 : same as above or 2 cans of tuna sometimes
Meal 4 : post workout shake (mass gainer)
Meal 5 : chicken or stake with veggies

I want a supplement stack to go with that diet and with a hi volume workout with little cardio.

Add more food. More complex carbs and good fats.

And what supplements should I take? Mass gainers or normal protein powder and what brand?

I would buy a protein powder and make my own gainer. Brand of protein powder doesn't matter. I buy my protein powder in bulk from Sprouts. Here is just one example of a homemade mass gainer.
12-16 oz milk (any kind) or even almond milk
    1.5 scoops protein powder
2 tbls almond, cashew or peanut butter
    Fruit of choice.
    Oats
The options are unlimited as to how you create your shake. Another suggestion is to join a site like myfitness pal as you can input how much weight you want to gain per week and it will calculate your calories needed. The calories needed is not written in stone, so if you don't gain, you need to eat more. Also it has a food database that list the cals, protein, fats and carbs of a lot of foods and drinks.

Thanks for these info, will try to follow that starting from today.
How about vitamins? Any specific vitamins that will help build muscle? I only take fish oil

Vitamins won't build muscle but I would still take a mulit-vitamin to ensure your reach your micronutrients (vitamins and minerals).

There really isnt a multi vitamin on earth that can bring anyone, regardless of stats, to optimum levels.

The essential ones, yes. Everything else you get from food.

    Vitamins B12, C and the hormone D.

Minierals are the only thing you might find is OK quantities, such as Copper at 1mg, Zinc at 50mg and Magnesium at 300+ mg.
