You are way to young to be messing around with that stuff.
You can achieve anything you are wanting out of a proper diet
^^ to add to armykid, DO NOT take that much at once right out the gate. you will be in a world of hurt. that being said stay away at 18.
If you educate yourself off this site you will achieve gains in no time. Plus people generally think these compounds are going to give them instant results when in reality it takes quite a while to see results. You have to dedicate yourself or your gonna lose your gains.
could you give me an example of proper diet and training please? because i have never really followed a constant training and never did any diet to be honest. :/
