    Should men avoid Soy Protein?

Follow this link to the video by Will Brink on the use of Soy Protein in men, it's very interesting.

Ironic, I was researching this yesterday by conincidence. He is saying what I read in many articles. You would need tons of it daily to affect your test levels. And you wouldn't want to replace a large portion of your daily protein intake from other sources with it because it's BV value is low.

I personally only use about a cup of low sugar soy milk a day with my oats. That should be no problem.
