Tribulous + ZMA at 19

Hey guys,

was wondering is taking Tribulous and ZMA pointless at 19? iv had a few people recommend to add it to my supp list but doing some research iv noticed that they pretty much used to boost test and test boosters at my age seem to be pointless?

Natural test boosters at any age are useless IMO, especially at 19,you should be full of natural testosterone!
I've tried almost every nat test booster over the years,,spent a good amount of coin, came to the conclusion they are bunk, waste of money. Should spent the money on some good food.

At 19 brother your test levels r THRU the roof (this is my jealous font lol). Eat big, lift heavy and results will come :)
