    Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with this new supplement/product called C9T11? I think it's a selectively isolated isomer of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).

    I've ran CLA before.
    Expensive
    Very marginal results.

    I think I'm through with CLA and any CLA derivitive

    very overpriced CLA..good rule of thumb I like to abide by with supplements is, if it sounds too good to be true it is you dummy ! lol

    Your not gonna find any favor on this board worth CLA for the most part. People don't really like it lol

    Was just looking for feedback. I don't care if it's good or bad, just want to know true experiences. Some ppl have asked me about it recently. Just trying to find out what I can regarding actual experiences.

    For sure, your smart for getting the input.

    I've never tried the stuff but probably won't because the general consensus on this board is it isn't that great.
