Fat burners
been out of the game a while cause of injuries, getting back into it and trying to get leaned back down. diet is on point and thinking about using a fat burner to speed the process up, which i never have before. placebo? pros cons?

I took oxyelite for about a month and it helped big time. Took about a month off and starting again on Monday. Helps curb appetite and good thermo.
But I agree w above posts diet, cardio and workouts need to be in order.
Would you mind posting how long you've been lifting/amount of cardio/diet Marco's since you've started again
