    Anyone ever use Glucomannan?

    It's suppose to be the strongest fiber and it comes from a Konaj plant or something like that. What I read is that it's great for dieting because it curbs hunger and fills in your stomach and you can make anything out of it. I'm going to give it a try to see if it makes a difference because in always hungry.
