I have 500 mg pills, I take it in the morning with all my other supplements. I'm just wondering how much I can take at a time or per day total? I'm just looking for the antioxidant effect and maybe some help with weight loss... though i'm not sure how much green tea actually helps based on what i've read.
On a side note, what else can I add to a natural fat burning stack? Right now I just take fish oil and the green tea. In the past I took these along with CLA (6 g's a day) and R-ALA (2x a day)
