Picking up some monohydrate today, are all brands the same? Just different price?
If so, what one do you use ?
Thanks

Well just picked up some allmax monohydrate..seemed expensive. 44$ for 1000gram. Oh well.
As far as doses go, stick to 5G post workout? I read the sticky and some people talk about taking up to 10g while on cycle, does this make any real difference? I'd like to keep the water to a minimum

22$? You must live in the states, everything in Canada is so bloody expensive! I usually order my stuff from BB.com but not when its a small order like that, I don't really buy many supplements anymore, pretty soon its just going to be creatine and the odd protein shake.
