    How do i order stuff ...

    please take time to read and reply ... (YES I HAVE GYNO DON"T TALK ABOUT IT GONA GO UNDER THE KNIFE SOONER OR LATER)

    i have never took any supplements not even protein shake .. i have been training for 2.5 years and i have got the shettest results ever ...
    the first 1.3 years i had bad training and bad diet ... i only lifted dumbbells at home ... and now i have fixed my diet but still no supplements or a shake .. and still lift dumbbells at home ...

    i want to order some supplements online but my god damn dad won't let me because he thinks its illegal ...
    i got my own credit card ... i would order but they say they don't deliver it to a PO BOX

    in hong kong houses are totally different ... there are no houses actually only buildings and i live on the top floor of my building 38th and on the ground floor there is a PO box for every floor flat person(PO BOXES ARE REALLY SMALL LIKE THE HEIGHT AND LENTH OF A FOOT)


    so here is the real question

    if i order something from a site. will they deliver it straight up to my home flat on the 38th floor or i wont receive it at all?? i asked my dad about FedEx but like i said he literally knows shet about bodybuilding and says supplements are illegal police will catch you and even says that i should train for 4-6 hours if i want to get real big seriously wtf ..

    how do i order something overseas and have the fedex guys deliver it to me ... what would i need .. please guys help or tell me how u order things? ..

    just go to a health food shop and buy what ever you want...

    whey, creatine, vitamins, whatever..

    they dnt sell the right ones here in hong kong .. everything is lacking :s thats why i want to order online

    Strongly agree take in 6-8 meals a day make sure your getting your daily calorie intake and eat a lot of protein if you don't have time to eat a lot you should consider buying a weight/mass gainer

    He could take all the protein in the world, if hes training at home with pink dumbells and doesn't know how to train, well that's the first problem.
    What kind of workouts do you do with dumbells? You could actually have a decent workout with nothing but dumbells, whats your routine at home ? Supplements aren't the answer my friend

    What type of supplements are you talking about?

    Order online and have them deliver it via ems or registered mail so someone physically has to sign for them. It will cost extra but at least you will know that you'll get it.

    incline dumbbell curl and alternate dumbbell curls for biceps 3 sets 12 reps with 30kg in 1 hand only
    and then 20kg(40kg) for shoulder isolation 24 reps 2 sets ... triceps pullbacks only 1 set 44 reps 20kg
    then squats with 20kg(40kg) in both hands ... 2 sets 55 reps :s
    calf raises same as squats but 1 set ... incline dumbbell press 34 reps 2 sets(if i continue after 34 i dnt knw but i start using my shoulder and triceps to push instead of chest) and also 44 dips 1 set...
    55 pushups 1 set ... and 44 deep chest push ups 2 sets ... (WORKOUT LASTS 1 HOUR)

    then i eat my white rice with chicken and 400 ml milk and 2 boiled eggs .. i receive good food and reach over my daily calorie maintenance only on my workout day thats why i wanted to order stuff online because hong kong is just a bad country to stay in they have nothing here and no1 is big here also .. i wud move but i dnt want to go empty pocket ..
    so all i want to know is if i order from a site .. all i need to do is pay right? and they will just deliver it to my home??
