I've found some, they sell it at boots £2 per box of nine tabs under the name of chesteze

This is what I was going to say.... Just be aware this is not pure ephedrine and there are other active drugs in that product...

There are a number if OTC items that its in. But as Base says, not exactly the type that's best. Plus, you are governed by what else is in there. TBH if I was going to do it, I'd do it properly with the real stuff and correct dosages.

Thanks for the info and advice guys. The ingredients in chesteze- Ephedrine Hydrochloride,Theophylline,Caffeine. think im going to give it a pop and stick to the dosage on the packaging, which is once every 12 hours, so thats one before morning cardio, then one before evening training.
