Looks good. Calcium might be unneeded, but should be fine. You want me to list my daily intake of supps? Lol. I take so many that I could include it as a meal and I do count towards my macros on occasion.

Depending on the brand , lots of supplements are just bunk. Underdosed, and expensive. I think you should be able to make up all your daily needs through diet alone, except maybe the omega 3's. Also I think the hype around casein is over rated, take some normal protein before bed with milk and it will do just the same. Or just have something to eat.
What is animal stack? Is that like animal pack or something, a multi?

^^^ Casein is certainly over-rated. Eat a slow-digesting protein meal as your last meal of the day and you are all set.

Micronized Creatine Monohydrate can do wonders, I would add it to the list.

Does the brand matter with Creatine? Any particular brand you like better than others?

I know dairy isn't the best thing while trying to drop the little bf that accumulates on our abdomen, but my last meal consists of non-fat greek yogurt. 2 cups and the macros on that are 42pro/12carb/0fat. Is this ok TJ or should I not eat greek yogurt right before bed? I only do it because of the slow digesting protein.

I just eat dry cottage cheese. Much more protein and almost no carbs (or sugars)

If you are so concerned about eating a slow-digesting meal before bed why not eat a generous serving of lean steak with veggies drizzled with EVOO on the side?

I think supps is a phase we all go through at some point. I certainly did. Shit, i was taking more than i care to admit. It certainly is a good way to liighten your wallet. Most do nothing. Here's my generic "minimum"

    multi
    c
    fishoil
    creatine
    psyllium husk fiber
    resveratrol

I think what i've been trying to learn is to get the most mileage with the least amount of bucks possible. if something doesn't seem to help, unless a damn good reason to take, then eliminate it. Pretty soon, you will have a small assortment that works for you

because it helps move nutrients ,minerals and oxygen to muscle cells and helps move the cells waste out to the bloodstream

Hey, perfect! That's what I needed to know. I though the casien was optimal for super slow proteins, but didn't realiE steak was very slow. I knew it was slow digesting, but compared to dairy, I had no idea. Thanks!

Why not include a lactase supplement with any meal including dairy? They're relatively cheap and do wonders for me. Plus, it really adds a nice dimension to your meal prospects when dairy is in play. Hunks of meat get boring...

Ive only got the casein as i had a 80 pound bag for 20 quid so a bargin i though otherwise it would usually be whey mixed with a little low fat milk or cottage cheese. The animal stack is a tet, gh, estrogen and dht reducing and liver detox supp which helps with lh levels...most say bunk but my recent bloods have shown different :/
