    list of my supps

    Now I take a lot. But each one serves a purpose. I don't just take random things and hope I am using a good one.when you shop for your supps, read the labels and see their primary use. If it ia something you would like to try, get it. My list consists of what it necessary for me and my goals. Nothing fancy, and most can be found cheap at a dollar store:

    1. CoQ10 300mgs
    2. Fish oil 3-4 grams
    3. Vitamin E 400mgs
    4. Vitamin A 10000 ius
    5. Vitamin D3 1000ius
    6. Lecthin 2000mgs daily
    7. Red rice yeast 2000mgs
    8. Niacin. Flush free 500mgs
    9. Cholesteroff 4 tabs a day. 2 before breakfast, 2 before dinner.
    10. NAC 600mgs daily. Will go to 1800 at times.
    11. Vitamin C 1000mgs
    12. Pregnenolone 60mgs
    13. DHEA 25mgs
    14. B12 and B6
    15. Taurine 600mgs

    I also have hypertension and high lipids. Should be able to tell from that stack of supps. Also I'm a trt patient.
    Drs orders I take lisynopril and a beta blocker. About to have to go on a dieuretic.

    It funny, I do feel like a senior citizen! I need to post a pic of my pill organizer. You guys would get a laugh for sure. Ive gotten some inquiries as to what I take, so I just thought id list them. These are specifically used to help my cardiovascular system and to tey and naturally lower my cholesterol. Well, not naturally, but no prescriptions. So far so good.

    Jesus man you can't even have a normal pill container. You should just empty out your tackle box and carry that around to the gym

    I do: multivit 2 daily, c 1000mg, e 400mg, zinc, magnesium, calcium, fish oils.

    Injectables - 500mcg b12, 50mg b6, 50mg b1

    I'd be careful with LT vitamin A administration as it can be toxic. Would also add resveratrol, stinging nettle root, and mucuna pruriens.
