Hello everyone!

My friend recently bought a product called ''Myo-X'' which is supposed to allow your muscles to grow faster than normaly ( I can't exacly explain why because my english sux haha) and he told me he got some good results. However, this product is really expensive as it is a recent technology. Has anyone tried it or read about it? What are your thoughts about this one?

Honestly just from what you have said it sounds like a gimmick but I'll definitely check it out, I've never heard of this before.

Ah yes, I remember reading about this. It is supposed to reduce myostatin like a billion% or something like that. If it was me, I wouldn't waste my time or $. If it seems to good to be true it probably is (golden rule when dealing with supplements).

but I've read many reviews and all customers noticed some mass increase after about 3 weeks and some fat loss. Not anything huge though, but still noticeable.

Stick with the basics, protein, creatine and maybe a couple others, cheap and time tested.

I have no idea on what it is so it's hard to comment but be leary of claims made by alot of OTC supps.
