Weight Gainer
Hey guys, I'm looking to try a new weight gainer. I've been using True Mass for years now but I'm getting sick of it. It also costs $60 so i'm looking to get something cheaper now too. Any suggestions?

Gainers are expensive for what you are getting!
Make your own!
Get quality protein powder and simple sugar(glucose, maltodextrin, vitargo...)
You can add bananas, berries, oats...Last edited by Gaspaco; 02-26-2013 at 01:13 PM.

2% milk, some whey, peanut butter, oatmeal.
Stick it in a blender.
Instant weight gainer... and it tastes way better than that other shit, and way better for you. Weight gainers are garbage and full of sugar

Yep as above customize the shake to your own needs and have the ability to change it up with a quick trip to the grocery store

Damn, it seems like a lot of effort when comparing it to just throwing in a few scoops and adding milk. I'll give it a shot for a few weeks and see how it goes though. Thanks!

Weight gainers are fat gainers not muscle gainers. Don't be duped by bad advertising gimmicks. The "mass" that comes from the weight gainers is largely all the sugar (usually the artificial sweetener, maltodextrin) they put in which spikes insulin and promotes fat gain. You'll be much better off eating to gain true lean mass than the crap in those worthless plastic pails at GNC or other nutrition/supplement stores.

Just eat more protein. Eggs, chicken, etc....stay away from all those gimmicks........
