Whey protein giving me acne--considering SOY---what say you?

I hadn't attributed the Whey protein I was using to my recent/ constant acne break outs til I Googled it.
Since there is no definitive answer as to whether or not it actually does cause acne, I'm going to have to dray my own conclusions.
Im looking at Optimum Nutrition 100% Soy Protein:
    http://www.optimumnutrition.com/prod...ein-p-221.html
For $19.00 it cant be that bad.
Any reviews on this product--or ANY soy protein powder somebody wanna share?
    Thanks in advance

I really dont think it is the whey. You could have sensitively since it is a milk product, but if you can drink milk, you should be good. A combination of proteins are showing great resulrs in studies.

If you're interested here is a site that offers you a ton of options in protein powders other than whey (egg whites, hemp, and beef to name a few) although I've never heard of whey causing acne.

I would try 100% whey isolate before switching to soy.

I doubt it's the whey causing the acne. I'm allergic to soy, so yea . . . lol

What is the exact brand of whey you're referring to?
