    Niacin thoughts

This may be more of a statement and less of a question .
I have been using niacin for a few weeks now an I only occasionally get the flush I am slowly dialing the dose up to where I want it " around 500 mg " a day . At first the flushing feeling is mild and only around my neck ears and face. Now it's like holy shit my body is on fire.
Is the non flushing version truly non flushing and will it still do the its job ?

If you're talking about using it for cholesterol purposes then you either want the flushing type or whats called Slo-Niacin (google it.) It's the flush part that actually helps. I just started the Slo-Niacin which is time released and the flush is there you just won't feel it. I was educated to this by Anabolicdoc.

^ that;s what I used. Niacin Flush. It's also easier on you (for me at least), Niacin made me feel sick. Get flushing as mentioned above.

Crap. I'm using it for cholesterol but have been using the flush free. Only because it was cheap. Didn't know the difference.

I ordered mine on line but a couple days later saw it in the local pharmacy. Easy to find.

I use niacin as a pre-workout. I read an article that it was good to use and it is the best pre-workout I've used. For $3.50 a bottle it's awesome

I can't use Niacin. I suffer from eczema & psoriasis & it makes me extremely itchy.
