    1MR or.. ?

    Theres a buy 2 get 1 free on for 1mr at the moment..
    I haven't used a pre workout in a while, going to give one a go for a bit.
    Whats the top one out there right now ?

    There is no top one persay. You should ask for some free samples. Product reps often give stores free samples, so if you go to a place like GNC or Vitamin Shoppe, they have them behind the counter. Find one that you like and that's what you should buy.

    I like Jack3d and White Flood, but I can guarantee you there will be people on this site who will say those products suck. It all comes down to preference.

    The 1mr thats "out" now I did not care for. Really nothing in terms of focus/energy (most important factor of a pwo to me). You can still find the original 1mr (w/ DMAA) on certain websites, which was great (im a dmaa fanboy LOL).

    The only issue I see with the buy 2, get 1 is what if you don't like the stuff? Then all of a sudden you're stuck w/ 3 canisters But I getcha, a deals a deals. Thats my .02

    Well I ordered it anyways, I had no idea they changed the formula.
    Is the DMAA what made it so nutty?

    Yup. It seems to me that it (DMAA) has fallen out of favor w/ a lot of supp companies due to all the bad press it has gotten (thats why a bunch of these companies are coming up with "reformulated" or "version 2.0" of PWOs--eg Jack3d, 1MR--which, of course, are NEVER as good as the original. Boo to that, stop going after the shit that works!! LOL)

    No doubt, I remember when I tried it LONG ago when it first came out, me and my buddy opened it and the scoop was so tiny, we were like wtf so we did a double scoop each. I don't even think we trained that day, I felt ****ed!

    Also, ordered some orange triad, for a multi/joint support...I usually just used opti men. I get most of my nutrients from food so I was more trying it for the joint formula, I have a bad shoulder and elbow.
    Any opinions on that stuff ?

    You can still find Jack3d with the DMAA in it. It's the micro version of it that doesn't have it.

    If you can try Assault. I've tried 1MR, Jack3d, and C4 and assault by far is the best out of all of them. It also has creatine in it which the others don't.

    Didn't like assault, gave it away after 1 scoop. I just take creatine by itself so C4 is kind of useless.
    Already ordered the 1mr, it was dirt cheap anyways. Haven't used a pre in quite a while so looking forward to it none the less

    Assault -made my body tingle / itchy
    1MR-was pretty good
    C4-did nothing for me
    Hemo Rage U.C. - was by far the most intense. Focus n energy wise. problem was it would keep me up all night.
    Super pump max- I like the most so far.

    1mr is awful too me. It is like taking speed. Felt like adderall without focus. I just go for the cheap old tried and true cup of coffee and a dose of cialis. Works for me.

    Am I the only on that likes C4? either way, I have also been adding liquid cia and I am deffinately more vascular... both while working out and throughout the day in general...On the dowside( if you can call it that) I feel like i'm walking around half cocked all day and accidental boners are hard to deal with at work when your standing all day, lol.

    I like C4. Its the only Pre I use, if I use anything at all. Sometimes Ill use it on back or leg day when I am tired.

    C4 doesn't taste bad, but it's not strong enough for me.

    I generally use 2-3 servings depending on the day....Gives me crazy good pumps, arm days are insane...I feel like my muscle is going to split my skin

    2-3 servings still probably wouldn't do anything for me. I took 1 1/2 scoops of jack3d right after taking a 200mg caffeine pill, and I still felt tired/sleepy at the gym.

    Whens the last time you went off all stims for a bit? That includes even drinking coffee..I was the same one at one point where I could take scoop after scoop of shit and feel nothing.
    Took 2-3 weeks off everything(was hard to do), came back and 1 scoop was more than enough.
