    Which Vitamins and how many

Is it better to get Multivitamins (and what brand exactly) or buy each individually (B1, B2, B6, B12 etc) And how many mg's/mcg's of each do you get? Heard 5 mgs is recommended for B6, and 100 mg a day is max. Is this correct and what about the rest?

I don`t think the brand is too important, myself I take GNC megamen sport vitamins as well as zinc. I also take BCAA's and fish oil caps.

I use Source Naturals Life Force multi (good form of vitamins used and can be found cheap online) and supplement with additional individual vitamins such as D3, Zinc, Copper, etc. based on blood work.

Multi-vitamins are junk and worthless. No multivitamin will have enough of everything.

Couldn't agree more. Don't waste money on multivitamins. Focus on individual supplements that are needed to support endurance and performance goals.

I agree and disagree, performance multis are a waste but cheap little gummy vitamins are a good idea I think Just to get the extra. With proper diet most vitamins should come threw food.

Good. But be sure to take Vitamin E with your fish oils, otherwise you're wasting fatty acids.
