    GABA for sleep?

Some girl in my class was passing GABA around today like it was candy, is it just for stress? Or is it a sleep aid.

you take it before bed. it is a secretague, stimulating the ppituatary to release GH. Not as goood as Arginine, but better than glutamine.

yes, it is supposed to make you a bit drowsy, too.

GABA works as an inhibitor on the brain neurotransmitters, medicine such as modafinil/provigil works as an GABA antagonist, causing you to stay awake for a prolonged time.
ADHD patients is treated ith provigil.
Provigil is also used off-label by students to study, recently I've seen provigil is also used as hcg, which is quite interesting.
