    Suppliments vs Steroid Alternatives

Is there any difference between a testosterone supplement such as Blue Gene / Up and a Steroid Alternative?

I know the site is partnered with Steroids.com, but I have been burned on supplements before and do not want to waste my money again on something that is not going to work.

Thanks for the advice ahead of time.

Nothing works like anabolic steroids. Sure, there are natural supplements which claim to elevate testosterone (d-aspartic acid for example) but nothing works as well as exogenous hormones. Keep in mind however, nothing replaces eating and training correctly. If you don't have enough "gas in the tank" no test booster or anabolic will compensate for nutrition.

Steak and potatoes, 2% milk, cottage cheese, oatmeal, chicken, eggs, pasta, fruits and veggies, tilapia, salmon,a ****ton of water, vitamins, and fish oils, 8 hours of sleep and a consistent training regimen my friend. Forget about all the "steroid" alternatives. No such thing. All they will do is burn a whole in your pocket. Steroids are steroids and there is nothing like them. NOTHING.

there are a whole host of pros and cons on either side

    Anabolics
    pros:
    they work

    cons:
    various sides
quite often not acquired with a Rx so therefore illegal
if ugl, then potential issues with contaminants

    steroiid alternatives
    Pros:
    marginal results
    usually NOT illegal

    Cons:
    Cost
    various sides
quite often, the ingredients used are not well understood with little clinical data to determine long term safety

I haven't tried them, so I cannot judge them. but i have examined their chemical composition, and it seems quite abit of thought went into the formula.

I've read some people's logs and they do claim to get results from running that stuff. Does that mean you'll get results, I don't know. The only way you'll know is if you run them. But if your diet is lacking and your training isn't optimal for your body, you can almost guarantee they wont give any noticeable results. But that doesn't mean the product is bad, it just means you didn't use it right.

I wouldn't say they're junk. They serve a purpose. If your expectation is that these are steroids, we're just advising you that they are NOT and the company has a disclaimer on their site stating they are not steroids.

They are essentially vitamins and minerals developed in a formulation to support general health. I haven't reviewed the product labels in a while but generally you'll find they contain essential vitamins, minerals, and some basic amino acids, etc. They would be similar to any OTC supplement sold in a nutrition store.

There's nothing wrong with them as far as supplements go but the brand names often lead people to think they are real steroids. They are not and it would be illegal to sell (in most countries) if they were.

in addition, each one contains a chemical compound I don't recognize. very little is said on Wiki. most are new compounds. not sure what most of them are or what they do.
