Does anyone know of any good supplements for the treatment and prevention of plaque psoriasis? Both my brother and I get it on our scalp, ears and nose. I also get it on my upper lip at times where my mustache would be (if I didn't shave).

The anti inflammatory effects of omega 3's (fish oil , flax, etc) are shown to be helpful in this area if I recall correctly.
