5g creatine and 5mg liquid cialis in 500ml water. Works like a charm... The liquid CIA is pretty tasty too!

I like a heavy dose of l arginine 3 grams. 2 grams of beta alanine 5 grams of bcaas 2:1:1 ratio and 5 grams of creatine mono and that's all you need. A great product is noxp3

Why do you guys do creatine pre work out?
It gets absorbed the best in the body together with an insulin spike, and for that reason I take it post work out together with my fruit smoothie everyday.
I normally don't use any pre work out because I follow my diet and go to bed 10 PM everday, so I don't have the need for it.
However I will do caffeine when I am on a serious cut to get the extra energy for my work outs..
and when I am cutting I also do yohimbine HCL pre workout and pre cardio to help on the alpha receptors to release the last bit of stubborn fat.
Anyway I don't like being "addicted" to a pre work out if im low on energy for some reason I will look further into my diet, my sleep and if I have stress factors in my life, I have to deal with instead...

c4 gives me amazing skin tearing pumps..... Love the stuff, also just tried craze and it didnt give me the same pumps, but alot of energy...felt like I could of lifted all day. plus 5mg of cialis
