    I can't name 3 it's too hard..

I need my pre workouts - yes I'm a stim junkie

I need protein powder to help meet 20-25% of my protein needs due to my work. I do without however when I'm on my week off..

Gaspari size on. Intra workout, contains bcaa's simple carbs creatines, heaps of good stuff

Vitamin c - I can never have enough vitamin c

    Fish oil

Narrowed it down to 5 that's the best I can do, I could exchange the pre workout for a coffee if I had too. And if I did not work away and spend most of my time away from a fridge at work I could cut out protein powders.

Gaspari sizeon just has so many ingredients that I like, I used to make my own intra/post w/o shake, but the amount of raw powders I had was getting a little bit out of control, and became a pain in the arse measuring them out each day.

it's the "holy grail" (so far) in the Life Extension movement. Mimics a caloric restricted without restricting the calories, and therefore, it is thought by many, to extend human life. It's also one helluva anti oxydant

    read about it here:

    actually.....

    ...no!

yes, it comes from red wine grape skin, but today's grapes have very little. You wouldn't be able to drink enough to make any difference. Today, if you want it, you must by the extract.

Here's what's happened in the last 50 years or so....

Resveratrol is a naturally occuring fungicide in grape skin. But growers have been using exogeneous fungicides, eliminating the need for the naturally occuring fungicide resveratrol. So, grapes have been evolving with less resveratrol than it has in the past.

I'm pretty sure he is talking about a multivitamin. As for fish oil here are a few reasons as to why:

    1. Less Pain and Inflammation

    2. Cardiovascular Health

    3. Protection from Stroke and Heart Attack

    4. Better Brain Function and Higher Intelligence

    5. Less Depression and Psychosis

    6. Lower Incidence of Childhood Disorders

    7. Reduction of Breast, Colon and Prostate Cancer
