Creatine affected by pre w/o caffine??

I heard not to take caffine pre workout cause it will hinder the effects. i dont have caffine at any other point during the day except pre workout. which at that is only 150ish mg. is this cause for actual concern??

    Not true. Over-thinking here.

150mg is too low of a dosage for Caffeine to mess up the Creatine metabolism in the cell, as studies suggest.

Moreover, Creatine is not a pre-workout supplement. This doesn't mean you can't take it pre-workout, but it makes so much more sense to take it post-workout and a serving at AM on non-training days.

ok thats the answer i was hoping for. i do take it post workout, but didn't know if while the caffine was in my system, it would prevent efficient ADP donation. Thanks for the info!

Yep I agree, just need it your body sometime before you workout so it can replenish ATP faster during your workout.
