There are a few threads. Typically 3 to 6mg 3 times daily. Do a search on albuterol and you will see quite a few threads to get you started.

start at 6mg - 2x/day . first thing in am and around 2:30 in afternoon. Take with ketotifen 1mg daily before bed. You can take for 6 weeks straight - 8 weks tops. You also can work up to as high as 18mg/day in 2- 9mg doses.

Ketotifen is an antihistamine. It keeps the beta 2 receptors that albuterol acts on up-regulated if you will, allowing the albut to continue to be effective without upping the dose or taking a break. You should take it before bed though as it makes you tired. Yes arr has keto and it is cheap.

No. I firmly believe benadryl will not do this. Ronnie Rowland started a thread and pretty much dispelled this myth. I have also tried benadryl - it helps you sleep- thats about it.

I`m enjoying 12mg daily right now. I could up it but I figure why mess with it as I am getting no negative sides at this dose.

2 weeks. Continue ketotifen during those 2 weeks at .5mg/day at night right before bed. Then you can run another 6 weeks albut/keto.

Been on albut for about a week now. I feel a little more energetic, no reduction in BF yet.
I'm already under 10%, just wondering if anyone can guess on how long till I might see results?
