    I've been reading alot about people using Cialis for their pre-workout to increase vasodialation, my questiin is what is the proper dose and how long before my workout should I take it? I workout about 45 min after waking up, hopefully that's enough time for it to take effect.

    Look in the trt section. There is a big thread there about it. But the recommended dose is 5mg twice a day.

    5mg is what doc's prescribe it for during daily use..

    I'd do 20mg viagra for a more exact controlled response..

    Thanks guys, but I'm not needing it for ED issues. No problems in that area. I'm looking at it for increased "pump" for my workouts. I've been seeing quite a few people around here saying it's light years ahead of any n.o. booster.

    Might as well take advantage of all its benefits. Just need to line your schedule up right.
    Ive done this with VIAGRA for years,,,take 25-50mg,,,hit the gym,,,go home and shower,,,then its SHOW TIME

    Hey now, I'm not saying I wouldn't take advantage of the "side effects". I have Cialis on the way, wish I knew Viagra would have been more efficient. But thanks for all the info, you guys are a huge help!
