I would stay away from weight gainers mate! Make it urself. Buy a good whey protein and some oats. That way you can combine them and u know exactly how much carbs and protein are in it. Imo its impossible that every scoop you take from a gainer has the same macros as the label says. Plus they are mostly full of sugars! Whey and oats all the way!

Gainers are expensive blends of whey and dextrose!

    POINTLESS!!!!

Buy quality WHEY some dextrose/maltodextrin/vitargo some creatine/glutamine and MAKE YOUR OWN.

Agree with Gasp an Barry, make your own. Buy some whey, some oats, or instant outs, throw in some peanut butter. You can calculate what you're getting and adjust it to your needs.

Why do you need over 4000cals a day with your stats?

As BiB said, at 80kg ~15% bodyfat your TDEE isnt too far off 2300Kcal... why are you trying to go 2000Kcal over maintenance?!

Well yea... 4000calories would get you there... but it would be mostly fat you put on! try eating around 400-500 calories surplus a day, and monitor carefully how much weight you gain, you want to see 1-2lbs a week tops. If its going on too fast, take a few cals off. 6kg is around 13lbs, get there slowly and you'll see better results.

No offence but you will get fat. You may end up at 86 but most of those extra kg's will be fat. Small increments continually make it

    A. Easier to eat the extra calories

    B. make lean mass more realistic.

If you stop gaining at 2700 add in 200-300 cals until you stop gaining then add more. If you are concerned that you are adding fat cut back on the cals.

Please post your diet including calories and macros, in the nutrition forum, and we go from there

As BiB said, at a rough guess youre around 2300 TDEE, so try 2700 daily, see how it goes, add calories or subtract them as you need to, use the scales and the mirror, if weight is going on too fast, and it feels like youre gaining fat, then cut back. Head over to the nutrition section and post up your diet, and macros.

I think 3000 is a little high to start. You can do it the way you were, but you'll just yo-yo up and down. Do this right, learn from people like Back in Black and you'll have a much better body!

Head over to the nutrition section and post your diet. Lets see how you're macro splitting it.

I avoid weight gainer... I'm not totally convince of that product. Do you think it is worth to try?
