adrenal fatigue solution?
I was researching this "phenomenon" today and somehow stumbled upon Youtube.. found this video featuring a Dr. Wilson who supposedly coined the term in 1998,
Anyway, looking further I found a vitamin that he (perhaps indirectly?) supports called Dr. Wilson’s Dynamite Adrenal, has anyone heard of this? taken it?
I was seriously thinking of switching out my multi-vitamin with this and seeing how I feel after the month.. thoughts? (This is posted in TRT forum too but got little replies so I'm trying it here)

Found them...
Out of the 50 ingredients, maybe 2 of them are in OK doses. It's just packed with all sorts of stuff at super low doses.
For example, 200 IU Vitamin d & L-Tyrosine @ 25mg.
I can't make sense of any of this.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Here's one of the videos I saw..
Also austin, don't most multivitamins only contain trace amounts of what we really need anyway?

^ Yes. There are no multivitamins available today that are good enough to take you to optimal levels. Muti's are really and truly a waste of money.

I guess austinite, is the supplement I mentioned in my first post contains the vitamins that he mentions in his video.. some of those being: maca, vitamin b3/b6, niacin, ashwaganda, magnesium, etc.
as far as I can tell, this is something that most multi's don't include so I might just give this a try instead of Alive! which is what I'm using now. I'll give an update sometime next month!

Even then, the amounts are so little it won't do a thing. Better off getting a cheap multi (I like source naturals life force multiple - one of the better ones) and then your other stuff on the side as the dosages will be much higher.
Unfortunate there is no 'all in one product' and if there were, the pill would be way too big to swallow lol.

You don't need all that anyway. Look for Herbal Arouse-M.
That's as good as it possibly gets.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~
