A quick google search indicates that she should avoid:

    • caffeine
    • chocolate
    • citrus fruits
    • dairy
    • broccoli
    • peanuts/peanut butter
    • wheat
    • corn
    • shellfish
    • eggs
    • soy
    • fish
    • peppermint
    • parsley
    • spicy foods
    • garlic

So protein is obviously fine, just make sure there is no dairy, soy, peanut butter, eggs, chocolate, caffeine, etc... Hopefully the shakes don't have fish in them

One thing I picked up ( I actually googled it to) is that whey protein is recommended over Casein. Apparently casein can cause the milk to become thicker and harder for the baby to digest.

Lol. There's not much left after that list with protein in it except protein powder!
