    E - Ephedrine 25mg
    C - Caffeine 200mg
A - Aspirin 81mg (baby aspirin or low dose)

Take this twice a day but don't take to late in the evening as it can keep you up. Start by taking once in the morn to access tolerance.

You should really have your diet dialled in before you even consider ECA, it won't make up for incorrect nutrition. Why don't you revisit your thread in the nutrition section? I wouldn't consider ECA unless I was less than 12%.

No, take the stack (all 3) twice daily, but access tolerance at 1st and just take the stack once.

I agree, without a proper diet you will see very little from ECA and might put your health at risk.

agree that diet is the key factor in fat loss. (i assume that is the purpose behind the OPs question)

disagree with last sentence (assuming 12% refers to body fat level). lyle mcdonald reports excellent results for obese individuals with ECA stack vs diet alone. in addition, he claims the "A" (aspirin) in the ECA stack is really only helpful/beneficial in obese individuals.

I wouldn't consider it for myself I said.

For obese individuals it may be beneficial but I see it as a crutch. An easy way out. Without having the dietary foundation to continue or maintain the weight loss.
