I was told by a friend that adding fish oil and green tea extract to your diet will help trim belly fat. Question is how much is necessary for this and how much fish oil is too much?
Fish oil is OMEGA 3/healthy oil and GREEN TEA EXTRACT is stimulant.
They can help your metabolism a bit but only right DIET will trim fat off.
I do 6kapsules/day fish oil and around 1000mg GRE.
Tea is a great addition at all times, especially during a cut. In pill form, I take 1260mg daily, spread out. That's 4 pills. I also drink Diet green tea as part of my daily liquid intake. Consistency is key, as with everything.
