I roughly take2 scoops of jack 3d micro before workout and drink 1 diet coke per day. I trying to make my own pre workout with herbal ingredients and currently have 200mg capsules of caffeine. Would it be too much to take 200mg in th morning and 200mg of caffeine before workout (around 5pm)? Or is that way too much?. From my understanding we can safely consume 300mg of caffeine per day.
