Albut
Running albut for about a week now and feeling a little more energetic. Not seeing any reduction in bf yet.
Can anyone give me a guess on how long it might take to see some results?

Are you dieting? If not, you cannot expect Albuterol to do the trick alone.

Calorie deficit + Albuterol + Cardio = rapid weight loss.

Im going to say at the risk of getting flamed is that albut is way over rated. A good friend of mine used it for his recent cut and after being around him most of the day at work etc. and seeing how much he was sweating and pretty much "off chops" most of the time it did not look healthy. It did help him drop BF quickly but i definitely think that a couple of extra weeks added onto the cut and a tad more cardio would have easily done the same job without him having those effects that cant be healthy for the body.
I wouldnt touch the stuff but that purely a personal opinion.
Just work harder and eat cleaner to get rid of the BF, you will feel better for it, stims work your adrenal`s overtime and for extended periods of time ( even a 10-12 week cut ) can do more harm than good.

Of course extra time cutting and added cardio would get you there without the drug, that goes for every compound on earth.

^^ yes true, sadly most people are to impatient and want results NOW even at the risk of their bodies well being.

Yeah, you don't consume anything, no food no liquids, nothing. Pick a set of hours that you won't eat and have that one meal a day.

Well, you need to look up fasting diets. There isnt one way to do it. there one called 16/8 where you can only eat for 8 hour out of the day, and the 16 hours you're fasting.
I am not a fan of fasting, so you're better off doing your own research on this one. But if I were to fast, I'd eat breakfast only everyday. But I wouldnt.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~
