sup brahs, this is my first thread.
of these two proteins, which would you use? and what are your reasons?
you must chose one of these two, so please dont say "none of them".
the nutritional information is on the website, however i find it strange that for the horleys ripped, they dont list BCAAs at all???

89AUD for the horleys ice 1.3kg, and 90AUD for the horleys ripped 1.2kg. lol

Definitely the Ice.
Ice looks like a clean source of top quality protein...the other has little bits of added gimmicks that have no place in a protein powder.
You'd only want caffeine before lifting and maybe in the morning, so unless that's when you drink your whey...

ice all day long(30min before meals) and that other one morning on empty stomach or pre workout.
