    Best thing for bloat/water weight...help***

    So what is the best out there that you can buy at ur local GNC or Max muscle store ??

    going on vacation and I am going to eat like crap because I have been on a diet the passed 4 months. I just don't want to feel bloated all the time. With the water weight going to try and get these last few pounds off real quick. Super thanks for the help.

    You'll need something pharmaceutical for this, such as Lasix, which should be used with caution.

    Keeping carbs very low (50g or less/day) the week or so leading up to your vacation could have you looking very dry the 1st couple days of vacation. Remember, the body holds way less water when glycogen levels are depleted. Of course, once you start cheating you will have some rebound...drinking green tea can help as well.

    Carb cycling and keep your sodium very low, water intake high should do the trick

    low sodium intake, high water intake, low carb intake will definitely help.

    What do you prefer? 3 low days followed by a refeed (high carb) day?
