    New supplementation course plus diet and training tweaking.

    Hey guys,

    Originally I came to this forum with a bottle of Winstrol and a bottle of Anadrol 50 intend of running them as is in a cycle. Luckily I did some research first and found out I was about to make a MASSIVE mistake. Not only was I running an oral only cycle which in itself is punishable but I was also NOT running any Test at all. So after doing about a weeks worth of researching I have realised that a AAS cycle is not for me at the moment untill I learn a lot more. And not only that but I will be running a Test only cycle to see how I tolerate it. The Anadrol and Winstrol..... I dunno what I'll do with them. Probably leave them in a cuboard and forgot about them lol.

    Anyway from what I have gathered, as I mentioned before, I am not yet ready for a AAS cycle. I am ready for what I'm calling a Pre-AAS Cycle. Basically I will be improving my diet, upping my supplementation and fine tuning my training. I would like to reach about 10 or 11% BF. I currently sit on 15-16%. Having read the great vascularity thread by the now banned gdevine, the amazing amino acid and supplement post by austinite and various other great threads on compounds such as clen and albut I have come up with the following changes and adjustments to my current training program.

    I have looked through examine.com and webmd.com for any interactions of side effects and so far I am happy to proceed. My hope is that if I lay it out for the community to scruntinize they will hopefully see something I have missed.

    Monring

    4mg Albuterol (Weeks 1-6)

    And that is pretty much it. Some may look at the training and think it is too much, but being in the Military and especially an Airbourne unit my body is very used to training twice a day. The cardio in the afternoon Mon-Fri is part of work and can not be altered at all.

    Once I am ready to commence this cycle I will turn this post into a blog and update it will before, interim and after pictures to provide feedback to other members if they ever wanted to use such a regime.

    Last of my Supplements came today in the mail. So I'll start this new regime on Monday. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    I will also add before pictures this evening to get a real sense of progress 6 weeks later.
