Please recommed an Omega 3-6-9 product

Right now I am recovering from a stent in my heart. Actually....I ran on the treadmill 7 days after the heart cath but I digress. Cholest. maintenance is now a major part of my existence here.

I am healthy and fit other than the blockage they fixed on LAD. I run at least 10 miles per week usually 15 at a 7 mph pace (or so it says). Cool thing is I do not sweat nearly as much now after a 3 miler so my cardio system is clearly more efficient

My profile is accurate but to summarize:
    6ft 3
    224-228
    19 pct BF bod pod
    47 yrs old
    moderate training history
    family man...not a competitor.

My diet is tough...I am a corporate guy (tonight I am at Lawrys in LA with clients) but I do what I can do. I camp out at Flemings/Maggianos and RuthC. It took a toll over the years.

    I am on .....Effian/aspirin/lipitor/lisinipril/metoprolol

I have a blood test in 2 weeks with cardiologist and I will post my blood test the night I checked into the ER with arithmea.......which will be very interesting. It may help people.

I know you guys will know. There are so many.....

    gratefully

    TB

Hey tebby. Thanks for being detailed here. Good to hear you're recovering. And I too love me some flemings and Ruth's Chris! Killer Bone-in ribeyes.

Not sure why you feel you need 6 & 9 though. They're very abundant in everyday foods.

This is the product I take and it's of impecable quality: Super Omega-3 EPA/DHA with Sesame Lignans & Olive Fruit Extract, 240 easy-to-swallow softgels

If you insisnt on 3/6/9, consider this: Ultra Omega 3-6-9, 1200 mg 200 softgels

Be sure to take these with Vitamin E to protect the fatty acids that you need.

I APPRECIATE your suggestion and will use the product.....will order tomorrow
BTW Lawrys in Bev Hills is sooooooooooo tired. Decor is awful....and I had the halibut which had no flavor(hence low sodium)
salad was wilted with some odd russian dressing (do they even make that any more)

thanks again for the reply and holy crap you are ripped.
    That....is not me (yet)

Only good thing I recall at Lawrys was the pizza. That place was due for a remodel years ago. I guess it hasn't changed. I miss that area though, lived in Calabasas for a good while.

Also I plan to take OmegaVia (Taking Omegavia | Pharmaceutical Grade Fish Oil Pills). If your insurance will pay for it, LOVAZA is a great option too.
