Interesting choice. Why did you choose that instead of Carnitine or Methionine?
Hello,
I just read an article about l-glutamine. Also I have never heard of the two supplements your mention????
^ can I see this article? Really better off reading studies rather than articles/opinions.
I like to supplement with a mix of Leucine and Glutamine sipped on during my workout, but I'm not doing it from a fatloss standpoint...more for recovery.
L. Glutamine doesn't aid fat loss.
L. Glutamine has been around for many years and yet there has not been a single definitive human study suggesting that it actually aids recovery in the way supplement industry has been advertising.
Yeah, wasting you time if you're depending on L-Glutamine to help.
So is glutamine worth taking?? And if so when should it be taken?? Should anything else be taken along with glutamine?...Quote:

lol, why are you taking 8 grams? Some people handle it just fine. Me, I shit blood and get achy all over.
Always get told to use more for better results.
More is not better with glutamine??
No problem to handle it.

I do pull-ups all the time so this shouldn't all the sudden be an issueQuote:

I agree Glutamine does not aid in weight loss, but after adding more, I saw more lean muscle grow on my frame then 2 months before. I use a basic power Glutamine from GNC. I add one tablespoon to all my shakes that I have! Been taking Glutamine now for 2 months without any side effects or changes.
