Interesting choice. Why did you choose that instead of Carnitine or Methionine?

^ can I see this article? Really better off reading studies rather than articles/opinions.

I like to supplement with a mix of Leucine and Glutamine sipped on during my workout, but I'm not doing it from a fatloss standpoint...more for recovery.

L. Glutamine doesn't aid fat loss.
L. Glutamine has been around for many years and yet there has not been a single definitive human study suggesting that it actually aids recovery in the way supplement industry has been advertising.

Yeah, wasting you time if you're depending on L-Glutamine to help.

Glutamine is an important amino acid. However, the body uses a lot of the Glutamine our bodies produce to fix the lining in our stomaches. So if one key amino acid is used for repair something important like the stomach, the muscle building process ceases. By adding more Glutamine to your diet, you give your body more Glutamine to help in the stomach repair, then it can flow and aid in muscle repair. I agree Glutamine does not aid in weight loss, but after adding more, I saw more lean muscle grow on my frame then 2 months before. I use a basic power Glutamine from GNC. I add one tablespoon to all my shakes that I have! Been taking Glutamine now for 2 months without any side effects or changes.
