HELP Natural test booster for male with low test.

I realise there are a few test booster threads, but id like some answers specifically for myself.

Is there any legit testosterone boosters for a 31 year old male with low test? (who does not want to go down the TRT route just yet)

I don't want to waste money on more supps, ive wasted enough over the years.

any help will be appreciated cheers!!

Have you looked into tribulus or D-Aspartic Acid? There's really nothing that will be effective as getting TRT, though.

You'll be running in circles really. Even the compounds that are claimed to work, won't make a notable difference. You may not need TRT, at 31 years old, you shouldn't be experiencing low T. Probably a good idea to find the culprit behind your low T. Could be a host of things, thyroid-related, prolactin or cortisol to name a few.

Interesting, ive just sent blood work in for a thyroid and ferritin check, so should have that back by end of next week.........I will look into getting cortisol and prolactin also............I didn't realise my test being low could be related to the above!

Please post your results in the HRT section when you get them. I'm interested to see what the deal is.
