Just wanna to get some opinions about this powder^^^.

It has around 60% of protein but is soooo cheap here compare to another brands

It's cheap because it is less than 65% whey. In the big scheme of things it's probably no cheaper than an 80% WPC if you work out how much protein is gram for gram.

But average-decent 80% 2350g is around 45EUR here and this one is 55EUR for 10lb (4540g).
