My supp regimen
Here's what I'll be taking once i'm fully healed and back in the gym.
AM: MSM, Multi
Lunch: Fish and flax oil
Pre WO: Green Tea, l-luecine, Arginine, Creatine and beta alanine
Post: whey mixed in some sports drink powder and taurine
PM: ZMA
Anything I might wanna add or take away? Give me your opinion.

Looks good man. Not a fan of multi's but everything else if great.
