I have a naturally fast metabolism and use to always be small but about 7 months ago I really started supplementing and dieting right to gain. And ha some great results but now I feel like every shake I have or food I eat runs right through me an I can't gain anymore. So I'm asking what this is caused by an how could I prevent it thank you
