MSM powder

I started taking MSM powder for my left knee which is taking forever to get better, well had knee surgery feb 1st so will be 3 months and
I know it takes 6-8 months for it to finally feel better or my i say normal again..

I've been taking MSM for 3 days and i can already feel a difference

I'm taking 4 grams once at night..

What's doses does everyone recommend, should I take twice a day?

methylsulfonylmethane is thought to be a good antinflamitory. I dont believe it works for everyone (or every horse)

Times turned me onto this stuff and it works. No lunk I'm not talking about meth. Times told me about MSM when I first came to this site. I picked some up and it works. I have had some others try it and they said it works for them also.

Times turned me onto this stuff and it works. No lunk I'm not talking about meth. Times told me about MSM when I first came to this site. I picked some up and it works. I have had some others try it and they said it works for them also.

Yea it works Tron, Times also turned me into it.. Most joint supplements have it in it but only at like 500mg's . I purchased a small bottle of 250grams of the stuff and it does work!!

mate, hate to tell you, but 4 days is insufficient time for MSM to provide you a benefit. I always tell everyone don't expect to see any noticeable improvements for at least 30 days.

the standard dose is 5grams/day forever...

it helps improve cartiledge synthesis and is a mild antiinflamatory

and btw, I've never heard of MSM as a cutter for meth. It doesn't dissolve right away in water. BUT, that doesn't mean it hasn't been used as a cutter. I've always heard inisotol to be used more often. But then again, i could be wrong about that too.....

A little update, my knee is still continuing to improve.. Hopefully by end of June no more pain, plus me losing weight is probably the best thing for the knees

...no. not in Manteca. but I've lived all over the world and have rubbed elbows with people from many different countries.

when I lived in Georgia, I had this gawdawful southern accent that plagued me for years.
