Hey guys, could i mix Creatine, Caffeine, BCAA's and L-arganine all together as a pre workout?
would any of the ingredients cancel each other out? or would this work to have the effect of all of them?

Creatine might be a better post workout option.
ill do the creatine with my post wo shake. does the other 3 sound alright to mix for pre though?
Caffeine, BCAA's and Arginine are good to go for this cocktail. You may also want to consider a serving of Acetyl-L-carnitine and Beta-Alanine in this mix.Quote:
